Koby Simana, IVC's CEO has been with the company since 2001 in a number of roles.
Before taking over as CEO, Koby was Director of the Marketing & Sales Department
with responsibility for operations in Israel, as well as business development locally
and in international markets. Koby supervised the interactions with Israeli VC funds,
business partners in Europe and the US, and the IVA. He was also responsible for production
and sales of the IVC Yearbook.
Prior to his roles in IVC, Koby was a senior analyst and consultant to Israel's Housing Minister
Natan Sharansky under a fellowship program at the Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political
Studies in Jerusalem. Koby holds an MBA, Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Economics
and Communications from Tel Aviv University.

Ms. Zakai assists in supervising the Research Department
with responsibility for the IVC Quarterly Survey. She
was formerly a researcher at the Industrial Development
Policy Group of the Jerusalem Institute for Israeli Studies.
Ms. Zakai holds a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University
of Jerusalem. |

Mr. Rosenbaum administrates IVC’s online database of more
than 5,000 Israeli high-tech and investment companies.
He previously held the position of Information
Manager at Koldoon. Mr. Rosenbaum holds a BA in Hotel
& Tourism Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University
in Toronto, Canada. |

Ms. Idan is responsible for international sales, managing affiliates and business partners, while opening international channels for future business development.
Before joining IVC, Ms. Idan served as Sales Manager at Datasphere Ltd. She was responsible for the company's online database, "Koldoon.com" and was actively involved in brand, concept development and market strategies.
Ms. Idan holds a BA in Political Science and Management from the Open University.

Ms. Chiel is responsible for the production of the IVC Yearbook.
Additional responsibilities include editing and distributing the IVC
Executive Daily & Weekly Newsletters, and data mining. She was formerly
with the Ifat Media Center, where she established and headed the Internet
Information Department. Ms. Chiel holds a BA in Criminology from
Bar Ilan University and a diploma in Information Science from the
Technion.

Ms. Adam is responsible for keeping track of information related to Israeli funds and private equity deals.
Her duties include preparation of special analyses and research reports in addition to maintaining regular contact with funds and performing database updates.
Ms. Adam is also the Executive Editor of Israel Venture Capital Journal, overseeing the journal's production, publication and circulation.
She was formerly an Analyst and Research Director with Commares Data, and a Marketing & Business Development Manager with Sunrise Projects.
Ms. Adam holds an MBA (with honors) and a BA in Psychology and Communications & Journalism, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Hamuy assists in updating IVC’s online database, editing the IVC Executive Daily & Weekly Newsletters and part of the Marketing & Sales Department.
He previously held the position of General Manager at Doctors.co.il and head of the knowledge department at Solgar Israel. Mr. Hamuy holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Roth is responsible for the quality of the information
presented on the IVC database. Mr. Roth is an achieved
business intelligence expert with over 25 years of experience.
He was formerly Chief Content and Business Intelligence Officer
at "Koldoon.com", and Marketing Information Center Manager at
I.B.M, Israel. Mr. Roth has an MBA with expertise in Business
Intelligence from the Ohio State University in the US.

Mr. Styr assists in maintaining IVC-Online Database. Prior to joining IVC,
Mr. Styr served in the IDF Intelligence Corps as an information specialist.
He is currently studying for an LL.B. in Law and a BA in Economics at Tel Aviv University.
